Return policy

First, we recommend that you carefully check the Size Chart for each item or contact us at info@erressesartoria.it if you have any doubts, because we do not hold inventory; therefore, except for samples, every garment is made for you after your order is placed.

However, if you must make a return, you have seven days from the date of receipt of the goods to notify us of your intention to make a return and a maximum of fourteen days to send the package back (the postmark serves as proof). After this period from the purchase, it will no longer be possible to receive any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent with information regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment.
